I collect your name, email, WhatsApp messages, and payment info (handled securely by Stripe). I use this to deliver the service you paid for. I don't sell your data. Ever.
What I Collect
- Contact Info: Name, email, phone number, WhatsApp messages
- Business Details: Your Google Business Profile name, location, website
- Payment Info: Handled entirely by Stripe. I never see your card details.
- Usage Data: Basic website analytics (page views, time on site) via standard tools
How I Use It
- To deliver the visibility service you paid for
- To communicate updates about your profile
- To send invoices and receipts
- To improve the service based on what works
What I Don't Do
- Sell your data to anyone
- Spam you with marketing emails
- Share your info with third parties (except Stripe for payments)
- Use your data for anything other than delivering your service
Your Rights
You can request a copy of your data, ask me to delete it, or update it anytime. Just WhatsApp me or email hello@getfoundfix.co.uk.
